We are a family run business, looking after our customers throughout Cornwall & Devon. From 6th April 2024, all existing Josling TV & Electrical customers will be supported by our St Austell store.

We will maintain our existing agreements and keep our contact details, but we will not be trading from the Penzance premises. You can still discuss your Josling account with us on our existing phone number or contact our St Austell store on 01726 222970, where our highly trained staff will be more than happy to help.

A message from Ian Josling…

I have made the difficult decision to retire this year and as of 6th April will cease all activities and trading as Josling TV & Electrical.

Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your custom and support over the years, it’s been an enjoyable and successful business and I’ve been privileged to work with such a wonderful group of customers and I hope that I have offered you both good value and a great service while we have been working together.

Secondly, I would also like to introduce HBH Woolacotts as I have agreed a deal with them in which they will take on my business including my contact details, customer database and rental contracts as well as any under warranty and service issues that may arise. HBH Woolacotts will not, however, be taking on or trading from my current premises.

HBH Woolacotts are a Cornish, family-owned business who are also committed to offering a great service and are part of the same buying group that I am.

I am confident that you will be in good hands and should you have any questions or issues please continue to use the contact details that you have for me. I will be working as usual until 6th April after which point my contacts will be diverted directly to HBH Woolacotts.
